New dashboard metrics: Klaviyo data

Last month, we launched the first iteration of our new integration with Klaviyo. This update synced Klaviyo segments, lists, and campaigns for PLUS plan members to use as filters in the LTV report (and other customer behavior reports).

We’re now live with a new set of features that sync 12 of your account-level metrics into Lifetimely.

The new metrics:

  • Bounce rate, click rate, click SMS rate, number of subscribers, open rate, placed order rate, revenue, revenue rate, spam rate, total recipients, unsubscribe rate, and unsubscribe SMS rate

How to connect your Klaviyo account

  1. Find your private Klaviyo API key.
  2. Go to your Integrations page and click the Klaviyo tab.
  3. Enter your API key
  4. Click “Save”.

How to add Klaviyo metrics to a dashboard

Note: As with the first iteration of Klaviyo features, these metrics are only available for PLUS plan members.

  1. Select a dashboard from your Dashboards tab.
  2. Click the small "Edit" icon in the top right of your window.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and click the "Add report" button.
  4. Click the "SMS and email" tab.
  5. Select a metric from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click "Add to dashboard".

What’s next?

In the short-term, we'll continue to add additional metrics and options to further integrate your Klaviyo account into your dashboards and reports. We're also starting to plan on integrations with other email and SMS platforms.
